Аннотация: The Aluminium Matrix Composites are low weight and high performance materials that have potential to replace conventional materials in many advanced applications. Further, nanocrystalline materials exhibit superior mechanical, physical, chemical and other properties in comparison with conventional coarse-grained polycrystalline materials, which have grain sizes in the range of 10-300 ?m. Severe Plastic Deformation (SPD) is a technique to produce Ultrafine Grain (UFG) materials which has attracted significant interest over the years. Equal Channel Angular Pressing (ECAP), Accumulative Roll Bonding (ARB) and Cyclic Constrained Groove Pressing (CCGP) are the most important SPD techniques. Despite the fact that many studies have been conducted on these three techniques, some research areas have still need to be explored deeply such as the influence of temperature on CCGP, the deformation behavior of the same material in monotonic material sheets or composites sheets during CCGP and the evolution of point defects in SPD.
