Аннотация: Teachers' ability to organize classrooms and manage the students’ behavior is highly important in achieving positive educational outcomes. Accordingly, discipline and classroom management are serious concerns for teachers, administrators, and the general public. This book made an attempt to investigate the effect of personality type on classroom management of Iranian EFL teachers. Moreover, the role of gender was assessed in this regard. In order to assess classroom management of EFL teachers, classroom management and personality type questionnaire were used to investigate subjects. Various teachers and learners were chosen through systematic random sampling from different language institutes. For each type A and type B, 10 EFL teachers were selected; hence many learners had investigated for each type of teachers’ personality type. Results indicated that there was a significant difference between the Type A and Type B teachers.
