Аннотация: In order to choose the subject of my work, I thought that we need people with mental health to have a community of health. For this reason, I decided to investigate the methods of parenting and its impact on children. How does parental discipline affect the strategies for regulating the emotion of their children and how do these strategies affect children's behavior. My attention was drawn to whether the differences between the cultures played a role in these items. This research began with the agreement of Prof. Dr. Brunna Tuschen-Caffier at the University of Freiburg. The research was done by comparing parent's parenting method and examining the regulation of emotion and its effect on behavioral problems in teenagers in Germany and Iran. I hope this small research will be a guide for having healthy people and a healthy world. It is an opportunity to thank my professor who accompanied me with love and kindness on this path as well as my brother, my sister and my brother in law. I donate this book to my parents who are not with me anymore, but their prayers always are.
