Аннотация: Jerry Jayaguru one of the seven siblings and a top university student is troubled by the Zimbabwean economy and decides to advice employers on the non financial incentives they can use in an economy were money has lost its value. Employers can use non non financial incentives such as offering groceries,company houses,shares in the company. In addition employers can offer employees products they produce at half prices. Medical aid services can be offered to employees to motivate them to work. Employees can also take their employees to holiday resorts during holidays. The researcher made the following recommendations to the management and staff of CF. Training programmes should be tailor made to suit the demands of the customers so as to reduce customer complaints. Head office should give certificates to employees after their training courses so as to boost employee morale because this improves their CVs. Management should consult employees on what they prefer as fringe benefits so as to avoid giving employees benefits that they do not prefer.
