      Аннотация: Nowadays, global market requires the transformation of traditional competitive environment of manufacturing industries. The companies are seeking a competitive advantages through process optimization and cost reduction. Therefore, companies need a new manufacturing and management model. World Class Manufacturing is an example of such model. World Class Manufacturing is an integrated model that assumes continuous improvement of activities within an organization. This book provides a systematic review and taxonomy of World Class Manufacturing literature. Moreover, it includes key factors, description and features of the main tools for World Class Manufacturing implementation.
