Student Result and Performance Evaluation Using Fuzzy Approach.

      Аннотация: Fuzzy Logic, one area from soft computing field can be used to show the Belonging and membership of a particular element in any set. Fuzzy Logic provides much more value options than set theory. Fuzzy Logic can be applied to any area like electrical engineering to control the machines, to computer science for better software development, to management for better judgement etc. This work focuses on the evaluation of student performance on the basis of academic curriculum, extra-curricular activities, and placement activities. For finding, the best future perspective of student: on the basis of student marks in particular subject according to the perspective, the level of preparation for placement: on the basis of performance in different placement activities and the overall achievement in engineering: on the basis of the performance in academic curriculum and extra-curricular activities. The research was done by collecting the data of students from colleges and applying fuzzy logic approach as the training phase and comparing the results after applying fuzzy logic on every single student to obtain what is the status of student.
