Аннотация: This research explores that how extrinsic reward affects on the intrinsic motivation as well as creative performance and investigating the moderator role of leader effectiveness, locus of control and self efficacy in the banking sector of Pakistan. Banking sector of Gujranwala division of Pakistan is targeted population. Total 400 questionnaires were distributed from which 367 questionnaires were returned by using convenience sampling technique. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) is used to measure the variables. Correlation and regression analysis are used for finding the result. Result show that there is significant and positive correlation between extrinsic reward and intrinsic motivation as well as leader effectiveness and locus of control strong their relation. Similarly there is significant and positive correlation between extrinsic reward and creative performance as well as leader self efficacy has strong their relation.
