Аннотация: The present book uncovers the understanding of the relationship of science educators’ qualifications, experience and their attitude towards science with academic achievement of their students. The text shows a negative correlation between science educators’ academic qualifications, professional qualifications, teaching experience and their student’s academic achievements. However a constructive correlation was exposed between attitudes of the science educators towards science and their students’ academic achievements. This book facilitates in understanding the qualification and attitude of science educators which can be linked to quality improvement regarding science student’s academic achievements. This may help the society, the government and the researchers to consider the suitable level of science educators’ qualifications, experience and attitude to achieve required academic achievements in future. The gender of science educators should be presented equal opportunities of erudition and improving science comprehension. Females should be encouraged to partake in science activities.
