Age and power. Center of fear and the soul of man in the aspect of psychology, psychophysiology, psychogenetics

      Аннотация: The present monograph briefly touches upon the problem of individual in terms of psychology and psychophysiology. This psychological idea arose in recent years and flowed from the disorders and wars at the turn of the century. Apparently, such disorders in many countries generally became the reason for coming to power of casual people and their staying in political power for a long time. On the basis of analysis of recent research in the domain of psychology and psychophysiology I nevertheless managed to determine the upper age limit for political elite, which will be perhaps discussed with time by parliamentarians in many countries of the world. I want to draw attention of the reader to the two articles that will be published after this monograph. The first article is purely psychophysiological: "Emergence of Fear Centers of Different Type in the Cerebral Cortex and Methods of Their Elimination", writing of which was based on old examples from my practical experience. The second article is sociological: "Establishment of Expanded Family Councils", which will help to strengthen kin relationship and to keep family from breakdown.
