Аннотация: This book defines boundaries of the problems of women’s rights and problems of gender passions, proclivities and reorientations that have been politicised and made into weaponries for campaign onslaughts against the norm, and against religious rights, or the rights God, in Islam, has defined human existence with for humanity’s guidance, safety, peace, health and prosperity. In this book therefore, is reassertion of the Qur’anic and Hadith advocacy methods as examples of the direction of the thoughts and consciousness that knowledgeable Muslims might always be predisposed towards espousing, knowing that their religion, Islam, is a complete way of life and a distinct civilization which they are entitled to, according to their believe, commitments and actions in accordance with Islam, not by mere proclamations and claims. This book as an expression of this Islamic perspective of the Muslims on gender and women’s rights is accordingly an expression of Muslims’ rights to living their lives according to Islam as their human rights as Muslims, from their understandings of human rights in Islam.
