Аннотация: This book studies Simulation Modeling in Markovian Decision theory, adapts finite and infinite models for the solution of multi-purposes River Basin Engineering Development Planning and Management problems. Methodology involves methods and experiments and data were collected from Ministries and Parastatals. The book is mainly on Exhaustive Enumeration/dynamic Model, to decision making involved in Anambra-Imo River Basin Projects. Consequently, 8years minimum and 21years full capacity utilization of the basin’s assets would give massive employment to Managers, Planners, Engineers, Technologists, Technicians, Artisans etc. It will raise the country’s foreign reserve and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Federal Government of Nigeria would quickly realize it’s vision 2020 and for inclusion of hydro-electric power in the development there would be reduction in carbon dioxide emissions with an improved quality of environment, life of the people etc. The book is primarily prepared for graduate students/consultants of all the disciplines of Civil Engineering-Water Resources and Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, Hydraulics, including other fields of Engineering, Environmental Sciences etc
