      Аннотация: Dental trauma with Tooth fracture is very common and unpredictable incidence. Especially when it comes to Anterior teeth fracture where the significant amount of loss of tooth crown, the Restoration demands not only the reestablishment of functionality but also the Aesthetic;which in turn is the most important of all, of the patient. Over the past few centuries several attempts have been tried in terms to Restore the fractured teeth. These are called as Post & Core restorations.these are indicated in cases of significant amount of coronal tooth loss. Earlier metallic posts were used but now due to the ever-changing technology, advance materials and equipments have led us to a lot newer techniques to restore such cases. This textbook focuses on the latest tooth colored aesthetic post systems in detail explaining about their classifications,advantages & disadvantages, properties and clinical techniques.
