Аннотация: In light of Bertalanffy's science-philosophical research program I will comment on the most inspirational theories of consciousness. True science has to avoid the dualism. By doing so, it will not be a set of objective facts that must be accepted with consideration - but the phenomenological observer's descriptions inspiring us to individual thinking. Such the analysis of the consciousness is also an action program, and it also gives us communication theory and a new ethics. This approach doesn't require the prior choice, that Bertalanffy has had with criticism. That choice determines originally the method how I think, what I think about where does come to my knowledge, and what am I. In this new integral approach, the content of the mind and the optimum result expected of the hermeneutical structure that interprets it are not contradicted, so the intellect does not break unity. It is an intelligence-based communication and ethical theory. The develop the descriptive ability of Varela's phenomenological observator is the first step towards the solution. I use that to translate Hoffman's, Chalmers's, Tononi's and other scientists thinkings, without to use the dualism-categories.
