Evaluation of Information System in Indian Banking Sector.

      Аннотация: This book meticulously goes through the issues faced by Indian Banking Sector, when it comes to Integration of Information System in its functioning. The various stakeholders like Investors, Top Management, Technical Developers, Managers, Staff and Beneficiaries have different perspective about efficient and effective working of a Management Information System in a Bank. The beauty of Information System is to gel properly in the working of banking sector across the lines and enhance the quality of work done and finally to meet the expectations of various stakeholders of the system. The real challenge is to identify the Key Performance Indicators on the basis of which Information system should be evaluated. Whatever KPIs are chosen, they should ensure that Information System is Strategically Integrated, Functionally Integrated and Technically Integrated in the day to day working of bank.
