      Аннотация: First of all we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the management of Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) for its credible leadership for the realization of the Third Scientific Congress. Our genuine thanks also goes to all panelists, presenters, moderators, and also facilitators on the scientific congress for their professional contribution. Our honorable acknowledgment also goes to distinguished guests H.E Dr Keseteberhan Admasu, Minister of FMOH, H.E Prof Afework Kassu, Minister of Science and Technology, and Honorable member of the House of Representatives for their presence in the congress. We would like also to express our deepest thanks to organizations and individuals who participated and contributed for the success of the congress, that include Federal Ministry of Health and its sector offices, Regional Health Bureaus, all Public Universities, pertinent government offices, partners and other non-government organizations as well as various dignitaries.
