      Аннотация: Construction practice has undergone a great deal of development in response to the dynamic nature of human needs and infrastructure Anumba et al. (2008). The introduction of information communication technology, manufacturing concepts, green economy etc. are the issues that the construction practice has implemented to better its process. Managing projects is one of the oldest and most respected accomplishments of mankind with inputs from builders, architects, masons and craftsmen. The construction of the pyramids, ancient cities, the Great Wall of China and other wonders of the World are such evidences. As construction practice is in high demand, there is also a higher need for quality project delivery, resource and lead time management to enhance the benefits for all stakeholders. The major concern is the challenge of achieving the major aim of bringing the project to a successful conclusion.Many construction companies have declined due to cost overrun, incorrect cost estimates, delay in delivery and low quality. This book has identified and revealed the factors which lead to such challenges and found the solution to a successful project implementation to enhance profitability.
