      Аннотация: Even though there are few players and important industry for the development of nation, Indian telecommunication industry companies providing telephony and internet services which are also listed in BSE and NSE face Net losses or wide fluctuation in net profit for last ten years from 2008-09 to 2017-18. So it becomes important for researcher to study in depth India telecommunication service provider companies’ financial health. This dissertation has six chapters. First chapter is introduction chapter of telecommunication industry of India. Second chapter is Conceptual framework of financial health analysis. Third chapter is Review of literature. Fourth chapter is Research methodology. Fifth chapter is Data analysis and interpretation and last sixth chapter Findings, suggestions and conclusion. This book is helpful to all stakeholders of companies. It is helpful to researchers who are doing research work on financial health analysis of any country in world for the comparison purpose.
