      Аннотация: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) incidence is rising at alarming rates especially in developing countries. Dietary exposure to aflatoxin B1 is among the major HCC risk factors as a genotoxic hepatocarcinogen. Despite several research and control measures, aflatoxin is still a major threat to food and agricultural commodities. Prevention of aflatoxin B1 requires an integrated network collaboration of different sectors, including public health, agricultural departments and mass media in order to minimize the food contamination by aflatoxin B1. This book focuses on resources, production, detection and control measures of aflatoxins to ensure food and feed safety.
