This should: Specifies the key areas of knowledge that require effective management, and evaluates the quality of information; ? Specifies the gaps in preparation of knowledge and discovers the repetitions; ? Specify the holders of key knowledge and reveal the vulnerable areas; ? Refers carefully to barriers at knowledge flows across the organization;
