      Аннотация: Greengram (Vigna radiata L.) is one of the most ancient and extensively grown pulse crops of India. Greengram is a thermo-insensitive, low input requiring drought resistant and short duration crop. Nitrogen is one of the most important major plant nutrients, which plays a vital role in all living plant tissues and constitutes about 1-4 % of the dry weight. Recent researches on integrated nitrogen management have provided exciting opportunities for sustaining the desired crop productivity with minimum deleterious effect on soil health environment.
