Аннотация: The identity of society is fossilized within the shade of History. Historical events, historical societies, and even the paleo-ritual realms bear the thought of identity, the culture of folk- identity and the film of the Educational status of Human-rights in society. In 1781 Hutton said ‘present is key to the past’ and when we are talking about our contemporary civilization need a glimpse of our. So through the analysis of Manusamhita I would like to docket the identity to North and North West India during the end of Vedic civilization. As to fulfill the objective, specially devoted all the concentration on Manusamhita. So this book highlights the matter like what was the physical world or social identity of N. India during 200BC to 200AD and parallely the social approaches from various angles. During the initiation of Vedic civilization (5500 BCE, according to Balgangadhar Tilak) the society was more complex in respect of population increasing, varna-pratha, social division, work division and developed a society with people of varied status. To regulate this large society and their diverse people and its complexity a Law Book was essential.
