Аннотация: The electroplating industry is becoming a critical problem because it is located in the unorganized sectors and without any industrial safety, which makes the problem more serious is the poverty to the control factors, and automation technology. As a result of the electroplating of metals process like disassembly, stripping, polishing, cleaning, plate path, post-treatment and waste disposal, it produces hazardous waste, which is the discharge of electroplating wastewater into waterways, which contains many highly toxic compounds. Thus, posing direct damage to human health and the environment surrounding it. This book deals with the treatment of electroplating wastewater and drainage of the treated effluents in a proper and safe manner. The book through its parts reviews a simple overview of the technologies used to remove heavy metals from aqueous solutions. As well as how to treat and reuse the resulting sludge. It also includes a factual case study on the treatment of electroplating wastewater. Hence, the book will be useful in comparing the different technologies that are used to treat electroplating wastewater.
