Demands of Industrial Organizations for LIS Professionals in India.

      Аннотация: Industrial library and information centres are the part of special libraries. The activities of such organizations and their types of services are something different in nature. This book may be a guiding tool to the library and information professionals to get information about the requirement of the skill and qualities demanded by the various types of industrial library and information centres in India in the beginning of the 21st century. A model has been suggested here for the benefit of the library and information professionals with the help of such suggested model named "The Indian Centre for Global Industrial Watch and Monitoring System for new developments in the Industrial library and information centres". It has also been described that how this monitoring system would be functional in the Indian Scenario. Dr. Salam tries to show the compatibility of the library and information science education in relation to the professionals demands of industrial organizations in India.
