Inclusive Growth: National infrastructure impact on rural urbanism.

      Аннотация: This study presents the economic transitions in the municipality of San Rafael, highlighting the importance of national infrastructure in the advancement of community living standards. With three scenarios studied, the random integer states the logical demand for year 2020 is 30,706 homes and 2025 demand for homes is 40,413 with a potential high of 69,474 when the New Manila Airport comes into operation. The figure bases on the simulation of scenarios with no inventories other than stated herein. The 2030 estimated demand is 169,054 homes, with a high potential at 220,654 units. San Rafael is a beautiful urban countryside that is to withstand the next generation built environments resulting rail linkage right into the heart of the city, the arterial road as an alternate route into NCR, and the interstate freeway which is a major gateway into Northern Luzon.
