Аннотация: This book presents the theoretical rationale for the composition and direction of nutrition when working with electromagnetic radiation of the radio frequency range. This book will be useful for researchers and students interested in understanding the stimulation of the mechanisms of protection of the human body from the effects of non-ionizing radiation. This book consists of eight chapters, which summarizes the following: 1 and 2 - combine theoretical knowledge about nutrition and the composition of basic foods; 3 - in this chapter the main characteristics of proteins, fats and carbohydrates are presented, their importance in homeostasis, their content in food products, their effect on the formation of diseases; 4 and 5 - combine theoretical knowledge about the importance of vitamins to protect the body, their content in food; 6 and 7 - combine theoretical knowledge about the importance of micro- and macromineral substances to protect the body, their content in food products; 8 - theoretically substantiates the value of nutrients to protect the body from exposure to the radio frequency spectrum of EMR, characterizes the direction of nutrition for IT professionals.
