The Augmented role of DIF in diagnosis of glomerulonephritis. In a study in northern Bangladesh

      Аннотация: Glomerular disease are the important cause as morbidly and mortality in the world. Identification of the specific Histopathological pattern of glomerular injury by Renal biopsy is often the most helpful technique available for defining the cause of glomerulonephritis. Like may other developing countries glomerulonephritis is one of the common and probable cause of end stage renal disease in Bangladesh.One in 7 people suffering from different kidney diseases. Statistics an prevalence of renal diseases in Bangladesh is limited and there is no central biopsy registry in Bangladesh. Considering the fact that there is little published data on renal diseases in our country this study was conducted to describe the histopathological pattern of glomerular disease in Northern part of Bangladesh. In this book among 773 patients the commonest presentation was Nephrotic syndrome, nephritic illness and AKI remains other presentation. In a resource poor set up early diagnosis and treatment can only prevent extra burden from this diseases. DIF plays a vital role for early and accurate diagnosis in parallel to light microscopy.
