Аннотация: This study makes an assessment on women's entrepreneurial activities with emphasis to street coffee business. Entrepreneurs contribute for countries economic development and economic progress as well as by creating jobs. In addition to this, being entrepreneur, women play a great role in the economy in all community women have great duties in the family and outside they have great duties in the family. Women have profound and pervasive effect on the health and happiness of their families, communities and local ecosystem in their economies. Ethiopian women entrepreneurs play more important role in their economy than the other countries economy since their products and services contribute GDP growth in under developing. Ethiopian economy. Women mainly participates in small and micro scale enterprise for self dependence and empowerment. Concerning about women entrepreneurs of Asella Town more than 50 percent of women are participating in small and micro enterprises of these street coffee business. This offers opportunities for unemployed people, unemployment reduction, poverty reduction and self-independent.
