Аннотация: Managing human resources in sustainable way requires a great deal of knowledge and skills and HR Managers and relevant professionals must know environmental, social, and economic aspects of managing people at work so that they can significantly and positively contribute to environmental, social, and economic performance of the organizations. The objective of this book is to provide a systematic and rational understanding of Sustainable HRM based on a model developed by the author, both conceptual understanding and application-oriented understanding to the reader. It delivers a systematic approach to the analysis and handling of major issues in Sustainable HRM. An attempt was made to present complex subject matters by simplifying English language with the intention of enhancing readability and ability of understanding of the reader.
