Аннотация: Basics of Computer Networks which covers Networking Concepts and TCP/IP Protocols which describes about the complete communication process. This book is written for computer system performance analysts. Its goal is to teach them to apply queueing network models in their work, as tools to assist in answering the questions of cost and performance that arise throughout the life of a computer system. Our approach to the subject arises from our collective experience in contributing to the theory of queuing network modeling, in embodying this theory in performance analysis tools, in applying these tools in the field, and in teaching computer system analysis using queueing network models in academic and industrial settings. When this book is published in 2019, it was a novelty. The Main focus way for a household to connect to the Internet was via a dial-up modem. Now days, Internet has become a very important role in fact of life, and “.com” stocks have gone through an entire world. Wireless networks are everywhere and new Internet-capable devices such as smart phones and tablets appear in the market. It seems the only predictable thing about the Internet is constant change.
