Аннотация: This is a descriptive correlational study which was aimed to explore the relationship between occupational stress and career growth with organizational commitment. The sample size was 176 nurses in a medical college hospital in Bangladesh who met the inclusion criteria and was selected by using simple random sampling. A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data including demographic questionnaire, organizational commitment, occupational stress, and career growth questionnaire. Results revealed that nurses had high level of organizational commitment (M =2.59, SD = .32) and had moderate level of occupational stress (M= 2.73, SD =.37) and career growth (M =3.05, SD = .53). This evidence can be applied to develop a guideline for nurses to increase organizational commitment regarding occupational stress and career growth.
