Аннотация: A proposal for an historical event in Colombia: the implementation of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission after a 50 years conflict.A review for some of the most representative cases of Truth Commissions in Latin America, and how their mistakes and positive experiences can help to implement this institution in the context of a post-conflict era in Colombia. The core of those experiences was to tell the suffering of the victims and how to build a future with the no-repetition guarantee.
