Аннотация: Moving from my home country as a teen, I learnt a lot on how cultures could be similar and different. This triggered me to delve deeper into the topic of researching on how to bridge the gap between diverse cultures and different personalities. Beyond cultural diversity, the diverse personalities in the world should add more colour and beauty to the world, which in opinion should lead to flexibility, creativity and spontaneity of humanity. Therefore, the MAUE Model places a strong significance on possessing cultural intelligence and social competences as a global manager in order to succeed across cultures as well as to master challenges that stem from cultural differences and diverse personalities in global business. Since global organizations engage with other cultures, the influence of a modified organizational structure and adapted corporate culture of an organization on the development of cultural intelligence and social competences of its managers is important to outline. Through the interviews conducted with global professionals, readers can imagine the extent to which cultural intelligence and social competences is needed to succeed across cultures in global business
