      Аннотация: This book primarily aims at providing a clear and reasonable guidance for school establishment, planning and successful execution of the plan as well as a proper instruction for the management of the schools. This work tried to present some issues that are generally overlooked. Any unprecedented finding found in this work is aforethought and well researched.
