Аннотация: This book presents a comprehensive view of the Information Systems Audit. This study is taken up to examine the status of Information Systems Audit in Indian Banking Sector. The study presents the practices of IS Audit by State Bank of India and ICICI banks located in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Telangana State. The core functions of IS Audit such as Safeguarding of Information Systems Assets, Data Integrity, System Effectiveness, Efficiency and its impact has been covered in this book. The book also covers various IS Audit Standards and Guidelines provided by National and International regulatory bodies. In addition, a modest attempt has been made to cover various controls and other mechanism to overcome the Information Systems problems in banking sector.
