Аннотация: Development of an organization or company is visible through its periodical and annual production performance and successful utilization of safety measures by the work force. The forces of economic liberalization, privatization and globalization of business, trade and industry that we are witnessing swift and often bring about unpredictable changes in organizational performance. The modern organizations both in public and private sectors have no other preferable options than to train their employees to acquaint and enhance their skills and attitudes by subject experts in relevant fields. The importance of learning skills particularly technical skills has been emphasized from times immemorial. Training is needed to every employee of the organization to meet the challenges of present and future goals. Information Technology refers to the creation, storage, and delivery of information and the processes and devices that make all this possible. I.T. based training programme enables an organization to use the tools and techniques which are impossible to use manually. The trainers should update their skills to face the challenges created by technological revolutions.
