Sunflower Supply Chain Analysis in Campo Novo Parecis - Brazil.

      Аннотация: The research presents discussions aboutbarriers in the management of sunflower supply chain, in the municipality of Campo Novo dos Parecis – MT, in 2013/2014 harvest, since this city is the main national grain producer.Thus, with this goal, the study addressed issues related to costs and coordination of supply chain describing the flow between the various agents, partners, which make up the network. The method approached was the inductive, applied research, exploratory and descriptive from questionnaires prepared with application of direct interviews with the producers.The results for the primary purpose of producers reported that the greatest difficulty, at the moment, is the absence of warehouses and silos for the storage of the grains, followed by lack of agility in the industry crushing operation, which delay the receipt of the goods, leading to low performance and low agility in the processes after the crops harvesting. Thus, were presented, at different points of the work, suggestions for coordination and governance, based on examples of the current literature.
