      Аннотация: Especially in the service industry employees are the heart and soul of every company. Front-line employees directly influence the experience of the company's customers for they interact with guests and -even more important- basically run the business. Theme parks employ staff members of all different ages, e.g. Generation X, Generation Y and, the youngest cohort, Generation Z. Members of Generation Z, often pupil and students, are frequently used to support theme parks in peak times when they have holidays - which is also the time when attendance is high. This book aims to examine the employee engagement of Generation Z. What causes more engagement? How does it affect fluctuation positively? What do members of Generation Z like and dislike? How can theme park managers effectively lead Generation Z?
