Diaplant. Technology and Pharmacoeconomic Evidence of Therapy

      Аннотация: This book is devoted to the development of capsules of the drug Diaplant, methods for their standardization, the study of the stability of capsules Diaplant and the pharmacoeconomic justification of the treatment of acute intestinal infections (ACIIs) using this drug. The monograph describes the epidemiology of ACIIs in the world and in Ukraine, discloses the clinical aspects of the treatment of acute intestinal infections. The composition of the capsules of the drug Diaplant is described, the physical, chemical and technological properties of its main components: nifuroxazide and plantaglucide are studied, the choice of excipients, the technology for their preparation are described in detail. Techniques of standardization have been developed and stability of Diaplant capsules has been investigated. Preclinical and microbiological studies were carried out and described in the monograph in the direction of the pharmacological activity of Diaplant capsules and their antimicrobial action. In the framework of the pharmacoeconomic rationalization for optimizing the costs of pharmacotherapy of ACIIs with Diaplant capsules.
