      Аннотация: The scientific innovations in industrialization and knowledge economy have engineered tremendous progress in developing the next generation of information manufacturing and consumable technologies of the present time. Today, computer development is leading in innovation as it is rapidly creating headway in education through innovations looking at the increase in availability of modern computing device like Mobile phones, Smartphones , Tablet ,Mini-Top, Laptops, Desktop and Personal Digital Assistance all with the capabilities to impact positively towards knowledge transfer . Changes in science and technology had brought into lime light the key aspects of computer in the scope of information management in other words referred to as Information Communication Technology (ICT). Computers have touched the lives of many students living in the remotest part of our planet through digital synchronization . In Nigeria , University Matriculation Examination (UTME) had made it compulsory for students preparing for university admission to seat for the entrance examination using Computer Based Test (CBT).
