Exploring Social-Ecological Regime Shift and Governance. Constructing Social-Ecological Regime Shift Governance employing Power Cube framework and Adaptive co-management

      Аннотация: In media, we are bombarded with social-ecological issues including global warming, air pollution, land degradation, waste accumulation, and biodiversity loss. It is one thing to identify the problems but understanding them well enough to solve is another matter. A scientific method to deal with complex social-ecological issues would be to construct a governance framework then improves the framework step by step. The Social-Ecological Regime Shift (SERS) Governance framework has several advantages. It uses the Power Cube framework to analyze factors causing SERS and lists social and ecological impacts. This framework contributes to the academic community a power dynamics analysis method of the various subjects and their characteristics, causing the shift to understanding the motives and circumstances of factors instigating the social-ecological change.
