Satisfaction of Teachers in Relation to the Organizational Climate.

The teacher is the man who frames the life of the student and the community. The welfare of the school teachers is essential to portray the standard of the school the Satisfaction of the teacher depends upon the behavior of the head Teachers, Students, Parents,Society, Salary, infrastructure of the school and Administration of the school If the teachers are put under the favorable conditions the education and its standard will also be higher. The teachers' mental conditions to be taken care of always the betterment in all educative process. The teacher's mental condition is influenced by the surroundings. Hence, it is predicted that there must be relationship between the organizational climate and satisfaction of the teachers.
