Аннотация: In proposed system company request for hiring fresher’s also gives its parameters. Proposed system involves various agents to select zone, state and college based on parameters of the request of company these agents work according to their task and provide a list of appropriate candidates. The list generated is based on various parameters based on the result of institute, placement of institute, number of eligible candidates in the company, number of companies of same CMM level visited the college. Thesis focuses on calculation of these factors and asses the level of college. These factors in the thesis are considered as basic parameter for judging the performance of a college and these factors contribute to calculate number of college of a particular performance level in the zone. So that a company can judge whether to visit a particular zone for recruitment drive or not. A zone can be considered as suitable for visiting for recruitment if it has maximum number of college with the grade of interest. Grading system introduced in the thesis to between various colleges so that a company can differentiate between many colleges and find out the college of interest.
