      Аннотация: In the era of laparoscopy, One should respect and follow all the rules learned in the field of open surgery. Performing laparoscopic surgeries shouldn’t mean new rules, as at the end it is an approach to performing surgeries.The purpose of this book is not only to help the young surgeons to solve the problems faced in their practice but also to decrease these problems and -whenever it happens- to find a solution and get the safest outcome possible.This work collects all the guidelines that are found beneficial in this aspect through combining the author's and other's experiences into systematized reasonable guidelines achieving that safe outcome.As many surgical interventions are running now by laparoscopy, the focus of this book is the most relevant interventions byidentifying the indications for laparoscopy in such cases, how to perform it, the steps, the tips and tricks, prevention of complications and how to deal with complications whenever happens.
