Аннотация: The communication dialogue as a basis for the modern form of communication is summarized, dialogue is not only present in it, it is an indisputable factor, communication is effectively built through and through dialogue. Rhetoric is an ancient and modern science with application in many sciences and more and more researchers are turning to modern variants of rhetoric such as persuasive communication, persuasion techniques and audience impact.The studies analyze different aspects of rhetoric, different aspects of rhetoric, the relation of truth and argument in the public space as well as justice in the public space. In philosophical and legal terms, the terms truth and truth are also discussed. The other major problem raised and discussed is the unity between rhetoric and logic, the philosophical and logical aspects and the application that it has in many sciences - law, theology, Media Communication Sciences, Artistic and Literary Criticism, and all the Humanities. It also discusses the values of values and opinion in public communication and the motivations of speakers. The study is focused in the field of philosophical research and communication science.
