Аннотация: Climate Change has been an area which has been discussed in various fora with reference to environmental, ecological, economic and other aspects. However, the reference to Climate Change cannot be complete without understanding the legal underpinnings. There is a need to apply the outcomes of global processes and international instruments which are the outcome of those processes and global principles relating to Climate Change. There is a need to think globally and act locally with reference to the environmental issues. This book is an endeavor in the same line focusing on the international issue of Climate Change and highlighting on Indian initiatives relating to the same. The International Climate Change Regime which forms the basis of the National Climate Change Action Plan has also been given due consideration in this book. This book can be helpful for anyone who is interested in understanding the complete notion of Global warming and Indian initiatives in one glance. It can be useful as the basis to conduct further research in the field of Climate Change with special reference to India.
