Oral soft tissues are affected by various pathologic conditions with various etiology. The management of these lesions depends on their accurate diagnosis. A thorough clinical and pathological knowledge with their classifications can give us a precise conclusion on diagnosis and specific treatment needed. Stream lining various differential diagnosis compiling all those oral signs and symptoms is a herculean task.The attempt was made to compile data from online search and reviewing textbooks and journals on soft tissue lesions. In review it was found there was paucity in data on the topic. The main feature is developing a classification for the Oral Soft Tissue Lesion in Children
