Аннотация: The present research work is an attempt to record and analyze the Critical Success Factors and Barriers that come in way of implementation of Six Sigma in Indian SMEs and also highlights the most crucial benefits achieved by implementation of Six Sigma in SMEs. This research work also develops a model through study on causal relationship among Critical Success Factors and integrating them to improve organizational performance.Through EFA (Explorative Factor Analysis), six meaningful factors from CSFs (Critical Success Factors) and five factors from Barriers were extracted using PCA (Principal Component Analysis) with Promax rotation. The extracted factors and their elements have been confirmed using CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) to develop and analyse the Measurement Model. SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) is used to develop the model using AMOS software. The unique feature of the present study may assist Indian SMEs and top management involved in decision making to understand factor loadings of CSFs and Barriers to unify their efforts in the direction of effectively implementing Six Sigma.
