Complications of dental implant and their managment.

      Аннотация: Although dental implants offer a highly predictable treatment option for the replacement of missing teeth , there are a variety of potential complications in dental implants. complications may be surgical , biologic, mechanical, prosthetic or esthetic. Careful diagnosis and treatment planning along with the use of diagnostic imaging , surgical guides, meticulous techniques can prevent many of the complications. A thorough knowledge of anatomy , biology and wound healing can reduce the incidence of complications. However there is no substitute for training , knowledge and clinical experience for preventing, recognizing and successful management of these complications.
