Аннотация: The Queuing theory is an operation research tool to achieve a balance between the cost of service and the cost associated with waiting. Based on the probability theory it attempts to minimize the extend and duration of investment cost.Different work-study methods such as method study and work measurement methods have to be used to evaluate the actual time taken to complete the job by each element involved in the process of production. Method study may be defined as the systematic investigation such as recording and critical examination of the existing method of doing the job of material handling in order to develop and install an easy, rapid, efficient, effective and less fatiguing procedure for doing the same job and at lower costs. A qualified worker may define work measurement or time study as the application of different techniques to measure and establish the time required to complete a job in a machine or by a qualified worker. The result could achieve through the application of queuing theory and continuous improvements. The project runs in using Arena software also.
