Аннотация: It is known that not less than a half of the aviation incidents which took place in recent years around the world, caused by human factors, that is pilot errors. For this reason, improvement of quality of performance of flight tasks on exercise machines leads to sharp decrease in probability of aviation incidents in flight operation of aircrafts. It is obvious that reduction of aviation incidents number because of pilots is one of the main ways increase in the integrated efficiency of training of the individual agent system ergatic flight control of aircraft. Training of pilots on the aviation training machine is one of the most important elements of ensuring safe operation of the aircraft. It allows to minimize negative impact, a so-called human factor, that is allows to minimize a possibility of wrong actions of crew.
